Detoxification
When you go on The Hallelujah Diet®, whether gradually or “cold turkey,” so to speak, you may experience symptoms of detoxification for anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Symptoms may include mild headaches, some nausea, fatigue, pimple outbreaks, diarrhea, etc.
